- All stays priced at the 3 - 15 night rate
- High Season rates during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Ironman Triathlon
- Security deposit, taxes, payment policy, check-in time

Security Deposit: Not required; damages, if any, will be billed. Hawaii Taxes: 4.17% Excise Tax
7.25% Accommodation Tax.Payment Policy:
- Credit cards accepted for deposit within three days of reservation
- Cancellations and returned checks are subject to a $50.00 fee.
- Cancellations must be received 45 days prior to arrival for any refund. Any portion of time that is resold will be refunded less cancellation fee.
